Warranty Policy:

If any product proves to be defective upon receiving your order, contact us immediately.  Please DO NOT ship the product back to us prior to contacting us and receiving instructions.  All warranties will be handled through the manufacturer.  Whatever the manufacturers policy is will determine how you will need to proceed with your warranty claim.  We are suppliers not manufacturers so we leave the warranty work up to the manufacturers.  In some cases the manufacturers may request that we aid them in the replacement process.  In these cases we will assist you in the necessary ways through out the warranty process.  If you choose to return the defective product, instead of replacing it, there will be a 25%  restocking fee.  Also none of your original shipping and processing fees will be refunded, and the return of the product shall come at your expense.
