Free Shipping Policy
All orders receiving "Free Shipping" will be ship using Standard Shipping. Free shipping is only available in the continental U.S.A. All orders can upgraded to a faster shipping service for an additional fee. Return Policy on items marked as "Free Shipping" - Customers have 30 days from the date of the order to return an item. (Excluding nonreturnable items) The product must be returned in its original box and packed inside of a protective shipping box. All items returned that were marked or shipped as "FREE SHIPPING" at the time of purchase will be charged a minimum 25% restocking fee and have the cost of the shipping deducted from the refund. Items being returned for exchange will be charged an additional shipping charge when items are reshipped. All shipping charges on returned items are the responsibility of the customer. FREE SHIPPING is not available to AK, HI, Point RobertsWA, APO/FPO, Islands, Canada, or any location that requires a boat or plane to deliver to. Any fees incured for ferries, planes, or any other remote location delivery will be charged to the customer. All "Free Shipping" items shipped via freight line will include curbside delivery only. Any request for lift gates, inside delivery, or any additional services will be the responsibility of the customer. Any fees that we incur will be charged to the customer. |
