2. Flexible Supply line has been added Plumber's tape (Teflon) has been added to the shut off valve to ensure a watertight seal. Standard wax ring will be used

3. Wax ring has been placed into Caroma Universal Off set adapter

4. Off Set collar has been placed over flange.

Apply pressure to flange to ensure a solid setting

Rotate off set collar to achieve a 10 to 12 inch rough in

5. Flange bolts have been secured to offset collar.

Tighten until firmly seated

6.Toilet bowl placed onto flange

Securing screw holes are to be drilled at this point, once drilled, finishing

bolts and covers are inserted

Apply Bathroom approved caulking around the base of the bowl to ensure

seal has been obtained.

7. Ensure water line is fastened securely

Turn water supply on

Toilet tank will fill and toilet will be ready to use in 12-24 hours as the

caulking needs time to cure
